Paula is an ASORC-registered Rehabilitation Counsellor and workplace injury management consultant, with over 10 years’ experience providing customised recover at work, and return to work, solutions for employers and injured workers.

She has worked in both consulting and leadership positions within the industry, and clearly understands the needs of all stakeholders in managing recovery and return to work following a workplace injury. She specialises in assisting clients with complex psychological and physical barriers to clarify their objectives and find a pathway to maximum ability, and to optimise life and work outcomes.
